Our principles
- Collect only information necessary for the stated purpose.
- Prefer anonymous or pseudonymous participant identifiers.
- Do not collect unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Explain why information is collected.
- Aggregate findings before public reporting.
- Never publish information that can unnecessarily identify participants.
- Do not claim long-term outcomes from a one-time event unless measured separately.
Information you send us through this website
Contact form
We ask for your name, email and message, and optionally your organization and location. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
Join Us form
We ask for your name, email, city or country, role, interests, skills, availability and preferred involvement, and optionally a phone number and a link to your work. We use this only to identify suitable opportunities to contribute and to contact you about them. Joining does not enrol you in a mailing list or a permanent community.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored and handled by AI Anytime, which runs this initiative. We do not sell your information.
Research and impact reporting
When we collect insights during initiatives, we explain why, prefer anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers, and report findings only in aggregate. We do not publish numbers until they are verified, and we will publish the methodology behind any major research or impact claim.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent us at any time by writing to contact@aianytime.net.
